  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar balances the sweetness

  • 1 small garlic clove grated or minced (adds depth of flavor)
  • ΒΌ tsp sea salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Optional:

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings as desired. If you prefer a thinner dressing, add a tablespoon or two of water and whisk again.
  • Add the Greek yogurt or fresh herbs, if using, and whisk to combine.
