- 1 cup almond flour
- ¼ cup unflavored protein powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk powder
- ½ cup warm water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Make the Dough: In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, protein powder, salt, and psyllium husk powder.
knead: Add the warm water to the bowl and knead until the dough forms.
Roll and Cut: Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll it out very thinly using a rolling pin. Cut the dough into triangles and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with olive oil.
Bake: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the chips for about 12-15 minutes or until the edges start to brown. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
